So you’ve decided to get some G.L. Huyett gear… Now what?

Step One: Place your order online.

Select your items like you would any normal site and proceed to checkout. When you come to the payment page, you have two options: payment in full or four installment payments over a six week period. Installment payments are processed by Partial.ly, allowing you to pay 25% down and 25% every two weeks after.

Step Two: Marketing orders product from vendor.

The Marketing department places one consolidated order with our vendor at the first of the month. This includes all items for both embroidery and screen-printing. The reason behind the monthly ordering is that it allows us to meet the minimums from our vendor for screen-printing, and it keeps the freight costs as low as possible. The company does not pass freight costs on to employees, so you pay only for the cost of the product. With our new vendor’s lower minimums, we are able to order screen-printed shirts monthly rather than quarterly, so it’s a much shorter turn-around for you as well.

Effective November 1, 2021, we will be placing orders twice a month whenever possible.

Step Three: Our vendor delivers product.

We typically receive the product back from the vendor around three weeks after the order is placed. The entire order is delivered to the Marketing department for quality check and fulfillment of employee orders. Unless the order is delivered late in the day, this is done the same day the product arrives at our facility.

Step Four: You get your gear!

The Marketing department can deliver your items as soon as we are done processing the order. You typically get it the same day we receive the product from our vendor. You no longer have to wait to hear from HR to fill out paperwork before receiving your order. This is the benefit of paying by card, and it saves a lot of work on their end.

For non-Kansas employees, we will ship your gear to you from the Kansas facility once it has been quality checked. Apparel will be shipped to the G.L. Huyett facility, not your home address.

A Quick Note…

Unfortunately, due to the process, we understand that some orders may take a bit longer to fulfill, especially those placed just after the vendor has received our order. We truly appreciate your patience, as we try to get your shirts to you quickly. We do have both navy and royal t-shirts in-stock and available same day, if that’s what you’re looking for.
